Return & Shipping Policy
All the products offered in this website is for delivery to Singapore addresses only. For overseas purchase, please email email@example.com to find out how you can purchase our products.
You will be responsible for all charges and assessments arising out of transactions performed by others on your behalf, whether or not such uses were performed with your consent.
Please note the following prior to placing your order. By placing an order on our website, we shall assume that you have agreed and accepted our terms & conditions.
Prior to Making a Purchase
Please ensure that you check 1) each item you wish to order and 2) your name & shipping address are accurate before proceeding to payment. We will not be able to amend or cancel your order once payment has been made.
1} Non-bulky item will be shipped out by Smartpac at a flat rate of $5.
2) Bulky item will be shipped out by Qxpress Courier at a flat rate of $7.
Once we have sent out your orders and provide you with the tracking number, all risks shall be borne by you.
Smartpac takes 3-4 working days to deliver.
You can check the delivery status of SmartPac by entering the delivery note's number (e.g. SM000000001SG) via Singpost Track Item tool.
From 1 November 2019, SmartPac will be delivered to the letterbox only. Now you can retrieve your packages at your own convenience. Doorstep delivery still applies for SmartPac posted by 25 October 2019.

In view of the current COVID-19 situation, we are suspending self-collection service until further notice.
All payments have to be made by means specified in this website. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
All sales are final. Please check your orders carefully as we do not accept change-of-mind returns, request for refunds or exchanges.
If we have shipped an incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back. Please note that the items must be returned in the original packaging and we shall reserve the right if the original packaging is not returned or the item has been used or modified in any way.
